Not much of a racer with the wife and 2 kids. I do the train to Downtown thing work all the time. I am more of a closet E90 post forum. I had a JB3 and dci. Put 100oct in once and a while to enjoy. Anyway had nothing in cuz I went to the dealer. I was driving and a 350z or 370z pulled up next to me. Light turned green and gunned it. I took him buy a car and a half. He gave me the thumbs up after. Does that sound about right? My car was stock. Not sure about his. Hopefully have a JB4 and other add ons in the next few weeks...

And yes. sounds about right. stock 350z isnt THAT fast.

Are you asking if one car is generally faster than another? Because, you're not really racing if there are no checker flags or trophies.

Anyway. How long was the race, up to what speed? 6MT vs 6MT? But yes you should take him. On a road course however, that will change.

Your AWD gave you the launch I suspect. That may have been the deciding factor.

Hey cut me some slack. I just wanted a ballpark figure 335 over a Z. I didnt know if it should be 5 car lenths or 1. Got up to about 80... MT. Fun race....Then his hot ass girl got out his car hopped in mine and said take me to the Holiday Inn.....

With a JB3, you should definitely walk on a 350z. 370z will be a bit closer, but you should still come out ahead.

Debating between upgrading to a JB4 or get a Cobb. ( This is only me debating not looking for opinions!)
