Fog Light H8 for pre-LCI?

Just to verify, I am looking for the correct fog light bulbs. I have an '07 pre-LCI E90.

I saw in the sticky that the Fog lights use H11 bulbs, but on BavX's website it shows H8 for non M-Tech and H11 for M-Tech. So that being said, I would need the H8's right?

Just to verify, sport package does not = M-Tech correct?

I think e90s are different, I know my 2007 E92 is H8.
