335d Sport vs. M-sport

I might be making a switch from my M3 to a 335d, for commuting reasons.

Some questions:
besides the seats and steering wheel does the sport package add suspension changes?
What does the M-sport package add on top of the regular sport package...headliner and thicker steering wheel? Is it worth the price difference?
It is hard finding an msport with a lot of options.

Thank you for your help!

Sport package give you a firmer and lower suspension and staggered rims but on the diesels you get the beautiful style 195 rims.

m sport is a different body kit but u lose the rims and get another rim.

Functionally both packages are the same, maybe the m sport wheels are a bit lighter but I'm not sure. But sport suspension is the same as m sport.
I wound up with the regular sport package because I liked Deep Sea Blue so much. Black headliner would've been nice, but I don't mind the beige one either. Not a fan of the m sport rear end...

One advantage of the sport package is that the wheels are unique to the diesel.

I personally did not like the rear msport bumper, the rims, nor the steering wheel (you lose heated steering at the time of my order, not sure if thats still the case).

Maybe the sport package configuration in the US is different. The regular sport package (not available starting 2011 in Canada) gets you:

195 Wheels
Heated Sport Steering wheel w/ paddle shifters (old style paddle)
Sport Suspension
Sport Seats
Anthracite Headliner
Shadowline trim
Increased top speed

ZSP and ZMP provide the same same suspension and seats. In my opinion, the seats and the suspension are the most important aspects of ZSP and ZMP.

I am not a big fan of the ZMP's steerling wheel. I find it too thick and too soft. The ZMP's shorter shifter is nice (though this can be purchased for about $100).

There there are the way the ZMP looks: While I like the ZMP wheels, 18s are not ideal for a daily driver in many climates. Also, I'm not a big fan of the M-Sport's body kit. To me, it looks like it's trying too hard. Just my opinion.

I just picked up a 335d last week. Have the sport package.

I was looking around between 4 or 5 dealerships. I never saw a car on the lot with the M Package. I was assuming they were mostly special order?
