Did you take out the seat without disconnecting the battery first? You need to have the airbag system reset.

Because you turned on the car with the passenger seat disconnected, the airbag warning will pop on and stay on till you code it off.
A dealer can code it off, or you can get a coding cable (or find someone that has the cable) to clear the code for you. |

Ok guys thanks for all the replies.
I did not disconnect the battery plus on top I turned one the car while the seats were removed, oh well now I know. Will make appointment with the dealer to have if fixed. Thanks a lot for all the replies |

I got that exact same error message on mine the other day out of the blue (I hadn't touched or messed with the interior nor exterior at all). Took it to the dealer and they mentioned they replaced the controller for that... but maybe it was just a false-positive code that simply required clearing out. Either way if you're under warranty, nothing to worry about.
