that sucks........... one time park ave gave my ex a ford escape and the thing was a piece of crap... pulled out the service lot and it started hopping like a bunny brought it right back and got a sick 5 series.... good luck and just treat it like a loaner

One thing I was really pissed about is that I called a week ago to reserve a loaner, expecting to get somewhat of a nice car. Then while I'm in the dealership this lady walks in, no appt, and the SA gives her a 5 series.

Guess I'll just beat the shit out of it and go about my day.

Pretty sure they do. I had to pick up Panda from Hassel cuz he was suppose to get a loaner. Then he found out he had to be 25 or older to get one from Hassel lol. He was suppose get a loaner though and I'm pretty he didn't buy from them. Hit up John Denise there. He'll take care of you.

edit re read, yea man that sucks, next time just ask for chris, tell him your friends with noah, i didnt buy my car there, and i've never had a non bmw loaner, panda goes to chris also, no issues..

That sucks. I had a 2011 328xi for 4 days recently from Prestige BMW. The most easy person to deal with loaner cars was our old Lexus dealer (Tri-County Lexus). You could just show up and they would give you a loaner. Last summer we had a 2010 RX350 for 6 weeks because they were back ordered on a part. Was the summer vacation vehicle.

I've gotten a new 335d and 525 as loaners recently at JMK. Prior to that, JMK has provided me with 328s as loaners. I think it comes down the SA.

Two times I went to Pace in Mamaroneck the gave me 135i (different each time).

Really they always give me one there and I'm under 25. He should of complained. I didn't even buy my car from them.

I would never go back there! When I go to Paul Miller I take a peak to see what loaners are in the lot and always ask for the nicest one, usually get it too

I just got a 335 from them and now i'm in a 328xi cpe

Wish they didn't have to recall the 335 back, cuz it was a long drive for me (my car was in the body shop to have the bumpers repainted, free of course) and it was fun too, obviously! But honestly, if i want speed, i got my 600RR for that, plus i miss my 328 too...

Oh yeah, i bought from Hassel, but I know of many others who did not.

I'm under 25 and 5 times i was there, i was given 335's twice. When I went back last week, these two secretaries didn't know wtf they were doing, so they had to call this girl with a huge LI accent over and "override" me by changing my bday. Oh yeah, she gave me a lecture on how i'm going to get ticketed for using my own ezpass on their cars...

What time was your appointment? I have never had a problem with Competition loaners. Either 2011 5 series (528,535) or 328 coupes.

Same, never had a problem with Competition loaners. What a sales tool though….got a 335 loaner and just had to get one after that

I set it that early figuring I would get the best loaner available. Obviously now haha
