they did however lend me a x5 m for yesterday and today cause they thought they would fix it. But a 328 loaner for someone who just bought an M that has only 1700km . At least a 335 would be a nice gesture.

I'm thinking you should get a doctor's note (legally binding) that recommends a spa-day for anxiety and anger issues. And top it off with some surf-n-turf with a bottle of a premier-cru Bordeaux to wash it all down.

no seperate parts have been made available for that tranny.. Maybe BMW wants the assembly undisturbed for engineering purposes..
Very rare that an input shaft seal leak so early..... Infant mortality is possible.. There were issues with rear main seals leaking... you would hear a whistle while stopped at a idle RPM but that was more the N55 Motor... let us know how it turns out ... p.s how did you know that i liked "seals"

Maybe they went for a joy ride when it was new...... I forgot to look at the odo..... When i first drove it I immediatly went to a friends house and we enjoyed looking at the car in his parking. Then he left on a two day trip and as he cane back home he noticed a small oil stain where i had parked . He is a neet freak so its my oil for sure . So it was leaking from the getgo..... He lives maybe 40 km from the my dealership.
