Bump.... I'm looking to order some since the car is coming in next week. Curious to see if anyone has tried some and has recommendations on front and rear spacer sizes...
TIA

I'm about to, just waiting for my car to arrive to PCD prolly in a week (been a restless 6+ weeks since I dropped her in EU). Most likely a 10mm all around, though I think I'm about to slap the rear tires up front and go with 285/30 in the back (265/285 combo fits perfect on a 9/10 rim, respectively). Have a company make me some, theyrun a high class operation, they'll make you anything you desire!

Ill be picking up mine Wednesday (9/14) and was going to order maybe 15(f)/12(r) but I wanted to see what anyone else had done. I had 12(f)/10(r) on my 135 with stock wheels and tires and no rubbing. When I went to a little bigger tire I experienced rubbing. I guess 12/10 would probably work fine on the 1M stock setup, but would like to know for sure.

I assume you haven't had any issues with rubbing?

I believe Dan Parker has wheel spacers, along with other suspension mods. Probably best to see what he has because if you intend on lowering, then you won't run into spacing issues if using his setup (i.e. pushed out to far).

How much did you lower yours? I tried 10mm front spacers when I had the Motons installed and the front tires hit the front of the fender liner really bad when the wheel was turned about 80% to lock. With the 5's I have no rubbing.

Since every post I've seen about spacers on the M3 and 1er.
Looks good though.

With stock tires and wheels, the primary reason for spacers is looks. The front tires are narrower and can use a little more spacer to get the tire out to the same place relative to the fender as compared to the rear. Everything I have read on this forum has people using 2-3mm more spacer in the front vs the rear. Until this thread.... Maybe I'm just smoking crack and confused.

Here is one of the threads I was referring to. Seems most of the m3's are doing something like 15mm (front) and 12mm (rear)
