Coding work in HK, wanna get LCI tails

Anyone know who can code things like tail lights? I am looking to get LCI tails.

The BMW service centre, it cost around HK 10K with everything.

One of the members in this forum give me below garage for Autologic setting work....whereas, you may consider to do it all at once if you interested for my OSS headlight since it also has code on this installation which needed autologic to fix it and as well, blinking issue!!
