JB4 fsb meth kit air bubble problem

Im running with jb4 fsb meth kit. It runs great but between chargepipe and

solenoid there is air bubble when I shut it off the car.

Also its empty(inside of hose) between chargepipe and solenoid after couple

hours from shut it off.

Is it normal ?

Thanks.

Not normal, not good.

Are you using the WW kit? Where is the pick up?

My meth flow hits middle on the oil gauge when boost is above 8~10.

It shouldnt have any bubble or empty status in any hoses ? then it doesnt make sense to me because whenever solenoid and pumps stop under low boost there is no way to keep

meth in hose between solenoid and chargepipe.

trunk -> hose-> pump->hose->solenoid->hose(air and empty sometimes)->cm10 nozzle->chargepipe

Trust me air in the lines is not normal and not good. It will cause many issues in your system as it has to continually re prime before spraying. This could be detrimental to your engine if your tune is aggressive and not getting enough meth.

Is it this tank?

Does it have a pick up tube in it? If not that is your problem.

I recommend you look into a different tank.

Like any of these gravity fed or baffled tanks:

The tank usually causes air pockets due to its design. Thats why I just tell people to get rid of it. I had the same issue on my personal car as well as a half a dozen other people I know. Some people say it works.

Lets see what the rest of E90 says. I say its worth the money just to get a proven gravity fed tank.

time interval during fills meth in the empty hose doesnt cause any problem ?

I think it could damage the enginge with multiple times. Its just my opinion.

+1 that 1.5 gallon coolingmist tank is just plain fail. Get a standard 1 gallon tank, ensure the pump is below the tank and you're golden.

I hate that F'ing tank... i had my pick up hose come loose for me.. i was like so much fricking money on a kit and something so crude like a piece of hose dangling in a tank...

Per the install guide it is normal to have no fluid between the nozzle and solenoid when not in use.

Air between the nozzle and the solenoid is normal when the system is off. The nozzle is open so the fluid after the solenoid eventually works its way in to the chargepipe. Air between the pump and the solenoid would be the problem scenario.

yea there is no air between pump and solenoid only air between what you exactly mentioned. Thats what I was thinking because nozzle is always open that means meth might flow to chargepipe little by little during pump is not working right ?

Right. The line only holds a few drops between the solenoid and the nozzle and they eventually drip in. Completely normal.
