can you use the k&N recharge kit on the injen dual code dry intake?

i was told just to use water? if i apply oil to a non-oil required filter, would i damage it? how do i know if its damaged?

help plssss!

with yours i would just use water since it's a dry filter. more than fine, just make sure to let it sit and dry appropriately, and just use running water, don't do anything crazy like use a high pressure hose lol
