Beverly Hills BMW?

just traded my '08 335i for an '09 X5. took the e90 to South Bay for service and warranty work, but am thinking of trying out Bev Hills. I've read a lot of shady things about them, but most of those posts are pretty old. I'm hoping that since they've moved and expanded, things are a bit better. they are a lot closer to me, and going down to South Bay is pretty involved.

anyone care to share their experiences with BH BMW? which SA's do you recommend working with? or should I just stick with the hassle of going down to South Bay?

DO NOT GO TO BMW of Beverly Hills!

They will not only overcharge you, their quality on their CPO's are HORRENDOUS!
I had to get my BMW serviced twice for minor interior clip issues that can be fixed in less than 30 mins. And they didn't even look into those at all!

Their sales are horrendous, their CPO certification process is subpar, their customer service is garbage unless you are in their looking like a millionaire, and some of their vehicles are listed as "Accident Reported in CARFAX, but we still made it to a CPO quality.

DO NOT GO TO BMW of Beverly Hills for ANYTHING!

When looking for a car, I traveled from Sacramento to BH because they had exatly what I wanted. Perfect match with every desired option. Before the trip, I called and worked out a price.

Then, I arrived and noticed they listed it wrong. Option list said leather. It wasn't. I was pissed. Ended up buying one on my way home in Fresno.

Damn BH!

BMW of Beverly Hills did me right. I paid $500 over invoice on my 335d from Ilona Alexandrova.
