Possible issue with Bimmerkit (duke dynamics)

i send payment to bimmerkit for a e90 lci msport cf quad diffuser about 2 month ago! he stated in few e-mails that he had problem with the production unit mold. now its been 2 weeks that he told me he will refund me but he didnt! I cant get a hold of him anymore! i'm really angry at these guy and wanted to let people know what was happening. its 550$ that he is supposed to refund me since last week.

Get the frp one bro i waited also its been shipped i called helix they have dd but he told me go to bimmerkit and dont bother with the cf because theyre having fitment issues...hope you get it resolved..cant stand dealing with dd

I am also in the same situation. I ordered the e90 lci msport CF diffuser and a CF license plate cover on July 21. I received a defective diffuser 2 weeks later and they said they would make a good mold and ship me another. The CF license plate is nowhere to be found. They were replying to my emails at first and now they are not.

I bought my CF diffuser August 2010, arrived cracked and would not fit. They were very responsive with trying to get a new one that fit properly (I can go into detail), but at this point I may ask for a FRP replacement (they were probably paid out by shipping company long ago.

No issues with the Bootlid, but the best fitment out there.
You can call up LTBMW to confirm it, since they had installed of bootlid.
or check with the other who had purchased the bootlid from DD

DD ditched the new mold and re-used the first mold to make the CF and FRP quad diffuser. Everything is good now.

As you can see they are trying to make good products, anything bad diffuser got out for testing, it will get replace with the brands new one.

I'm sure some of you had received the replacements!

I have not received replacement and I have been communicating with DD since August 2010. They never told me about an old or new mold. I just want a diffuser that fits and not broken and cracked.

BTW, do you work for DD? I just noticed your join date and the fact that these are you first posts.

I ordered my FRP DD quad diffuser in July 2011, and received it about 2-3 weeks later, after going thru Customs. Fits around the AE Performance quads like a glove. I think it's the previous design (i.e., not the new one, which sounds like it's defective). Good experience here.

I recently ordered the 55mm finned diffuser from them in CF as well, and the fitment is waaaay off. The diffuser in CF wasn't curved like the OEM one. I'm in the middle of trying to get a replacement.

Are you serious? I thought the fitment issues were fixed..

I'm picking up a 55 cm CF quad diffuser from duke dynamics themselves in 2 days so hopefully I don't run into problems like you
