My car is jet black, i wanted to wrap the top, gloss white or silver carbon fiber.

Just the opposite of white cars who wrap their tops black.

Good idea?

3M black carbon vinly it will look cooler and better

same setup as you and i am thinking to wrap it with carbon

If you are serious about this, get some inexpensive white contact paper and try before you invest on the carbon fiber wrap, that will give you a good idea on how is going to look. the flames on the side look good on hotrods and trucks, not sure on BMW's
