I don't see what the problem is. Looks like he parked at the end of a parking lot. No other car around. Sometimes a parking lot has really small parking spaces all around and you just know door are going to be banging into each other I park right down the middle of two spaces and take them both up. Doesn't matter which car I drive, the 4Runner or the 335i.

Yea I thought about that too that's why its usually a quick run inside a store or something, or I just park farther away from everyone else. One example I can think of is my local Blockbuster video store, where all spaces are ridiculously compact and its not easy to back up and reverse because the row of spaces behind you is too close. So I take up exactly two spaces and run in and do my business and get the hell out. But yes there are some parking spaces that just don't make sense and its better to take two spaces. The cars that get keyed are the ones that park next to the cars that you know don't want anyone parking next to them.

I come out from grabbing lunch yesterday a chick with a 370z some how got in her spot as diagonal as possible in a tiny space with her ass end dead center pointing at my read quarter it was amazing

The only thing wrong is they didn't take up enough of the second parking space. Either park diagonally and make it clear or move all the way over to the curb. Don't do something half-assed.

It's not far enough across the line to be somebody who intentionally parked across two spaces.

That's just a really crappy parking job, nothing more.
