best quality painted e90 pre-lci splitters

I'm looking to buy some and I see e92-lighting , jlevisw and jbspeed have them from mid $200s to mid $300s. I've read about someone whose paint bubbled and selling them as a result but not sure where they were from..
Who do you guys recommend? I need them in BSM and I want new.
thanks!

Our pre-LCI E90 front splitters use OEM quality paint and are easy to install. A great way to add an aggressive style to your front bumper.
