fill pdc holes

i bought a new e90 m3 replica bumper online for an insanely low price but it has pdc holes and i dont have pdc. How can i fill the holes without paying $75 per sensor just to fill the holes and if i want to retrofit them to make them work it will be a whole lot more $$$. any ideas to get a clean OEM look or hide them completely.

Thanks ahead of time

i just had to do the same with a mtech rear.
the shop i went to drilled out a hole for each opening from an old honda bumper then used some sort of plastic filler type of material to seal the gaps. dude said the filler was kinda expensive but it was made of the same material my bumper was made of which seemed pretty cool.
