Need Help! Getting A Slight Shimmy In My Steering Wheel

Guys,

I've had my rims checked, road force balanced, and I still get this slight shimmy when my speed approaches about 46mph. It goes away at about 60 mph, or at least, I don't notice it. BMW can't seem to figure it out. Is there anything else that can contribute to this condition. I've even had my Michelin Pilots replaced thinking there was a tire issue. I'm really frustrated and I know this site is the place to find a solution. Thanks in advance.
