Lease quote Hendrix BMW

Got quoted on a 328i SG/black int 6mt for $329/month with $7500 down...
Anyone with some input on this quote?

The $7500 down seems a bit steep to me, but then again, so is the monthly pmt - so like I said, any input would be appreciated!

Mind you, this is after totalling the 09, so i have nothing to work with here
