Ordered an HPF FMIC from them. Andrew was very helpful and had an excellent attitude throughout the process.

Unfortunately due to some issues out of their hands the FMICs weren't able to be shipped in time. Andrew made sure to stay in contact and updated me throughout the delay and addressed all my requests/needs.

Without even asking Andrew assured me that he would go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience and assured me I would be compensated for the delay.

Also as many of you know Lutz gives you a good deal.

Will be receiving my shipment tomorrow, but am confident the end result will be great as HPF ships the product directly ensuring me that the packaging would be at HPF standards.
