Engine prediction for M3/M4?

Do you think BMW will give the next generation M3 a turbo charged V6 and keep the M4 a V8? They are going through the trouble of creating a whole new designation and the have to compete with other manufacturers (Mercedes) who will continue with an 8 cylinder engine ... Any thoughts?

Very doubtful will see two engine options on the 3 series M
Just not as efficient or profitable.
