Daytime Running Halos?
I saw an M roadster today on the highway and he had his halos on, but nothing his parking lights or lights at all. Is there an option on the BC to turn on the Halos as daytime runners?

I believe all you have to do is put the lights in the auto-on position (full CCW). Halos come on whenever the car is on, i.e. daytime running lights.

You have to get your stealer to program for DRLs unless you're in a country where it's mandatory law to have em on @ all times(in which case it's already preprogrammed). I got mine done a few months back.

Anyone know if the second set of halos illuminates?
I've tried all the possitions for the lights but the inside halos (maybe it was the outside) don't turn on. |

DRLs activated on my ///M (no other light-activation options available other than what you see below):
The outer halo doesn't light up (they're just dummy plastic), but they are the Xenon lamps that are the low/high beams. DRLs are supposed to be a safety feature allowing others to see you on the road during the day, but these halos make such poor DRLs that I have them activated just for the "coolness" effect. I was hoping for more, but I guess not. I'm not sure how the headlamps are for previous model years (halogen). Perhaps someone could "shed some light?" |
