JB4 Installation and DME Codes

Any help? I installed a JB4 on Sunday and have the following DME Codes and a persistent SES light:

1. 2A18 - DMTL diagnosis module tank leakage, heating: input signal

2. 2C3D - Lambda probe in front catalytic converter, control failure

3. 2CAA - Lambda probe before catalyst, temperature

Any words of wisdom for cause or resolution?
