Parts catalog is not always correct
I have experienced strange thing so I will post my experience.
I wanted a trim cover around the AC for my modify. The real name is "Cover, function carrier centre."  I looked up the ETK and RealOEM and found out the P/N is 51456976808 for my car. With auto AC, with seat heater, without navi. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...&fg=30&lang=en But the thing arrived is totally different.  P/N is correct.  My dealer also said that they would have ordered the same thing if they had to. They are asking BMW AG what is the correct P/N. It was a cheap parts so not a big deal but be careful when ordering an expensive parts. I think they will exchange the parts I received to the correct one this time. |
