video- n55 vs n54

Tonight i had chance to do couple runs against my freind's n54 335i.
My car(n55 335i) is the camera car. we both have pretty much the same supporting tune and both of us is stick shift.
i am running v5 10-14 map, 3.5" dp, eisenmann exhaust, and injen intake.
the n54 has jb4, intake, dp, exhaust, and AA bov w/ charge pipe.
We done alot of 3rd gear pulls plus the last video was 4th gear pull.

here is the result:

yup, n55's top end is pretty impressive...its like keep going. single turbo is not weak at all. but still i think n54 got better mod potential.

Wow, this goes against all I have heard about n55 not having as good of a top end, vs. n54. Would you happen to know how much your car puts down?

thats my air freshener, i put on my vent and its keep hitting the trim. thats the rattle sound comes from. don't worry!!

there are too many factors to say which is the better car, they are both quite impressive. To see which is best though IMHO you need to have the same mods same tune otherwise its pointless.

all of my dynos are reading low. i had 293whp, 305tq for stock tune + eisenmann exhaust.

just forget to mention we also try to run map0 which is no piggy back tune involve. and we have pretty much the same supporting tune like catless dp, exhaust, intake and plus the n54 has AA bov and charge pipe. i still walk him on 3rd. gear.

and i am n55 v5 map1 11psi max on my oil gauge.
