Difference between 1M and 135i

Hi there, they are using the same engine,chassis and looking nearly the same.

So what are the differences "inside" ? I mean how does M make it so great?

Better suspension, tires, wheels, built in factory tune, true LSD, exhaust, enhanced interior, fender flares and body kit.

They don't have the same chassis. 1M has the M3 Front and rear subframe, suspension bits, steering rack, and LSD. As the previous M boss Dr Seger said - 1M is more like a shortened M3.
