issue resolved

Seller got in contact with me and is helping me with an exchange, I guess it was my mistake for posting on the forums before getting in contact with the vendor...offering a full exchange. apologies.

while im not taking any sides here (im often very suspect of anything not OE), i will say this...
the $75 form on the shipment that came direct from overseas, was probably for customs and tax reasons. That said, lips coming from Asia are typically complete garbage.

Wow thats bad business. Sorry to hear about your loss/hassle op.

Even though it took them forever to complete and ship your order, you should demand a full refund for the other items.

I have to comment as well on this post...I have used e92-lighting for two purchases. A m3 style lip and the aero lip front spoiler. The paint was right on, I will give them that. Customer service is down right horrible and I will never use them again. Both my spoiler and front lip had receipts from Taiwan as well which I was very unhappy about seeing as he states to be from California. The spoiler fits fine, but the front lip is to short, it doesn't come to the edge of the bumper. Also they state that they include 3m tape with the front lip, that was false and I have written them 3 times to get them to send it to me, no response. Took over a month for products to arrive. Takes 3 days for them to respond to any emails. The guy obviously doesn't speak English well cause some of his emails made no sense. Lesson learned as well. Wish there really was something that could be done...
