Ready to Sell: 2008 335i Coupe (Super Low Miles)
I am selling my 2008 335i coupe. The color combination is sparkling graphite / black leather / gray poplar trim and must sell this car quickly because the lease ends on 11/03/2011. The features include: automatic transmission, sports package, premium package, Logic 7 Premium Sound, parking sensors, iPod Connection, Sirius satellite radio, and heated seats. The warranty ends on 11/03/2012 and BMW has offered me $1,500 to extend the warranty for two additional years which is the deal I will try to get the new owner. The car has only 13,550 miles which is extremely rare to find and has only had one owner. I have really tried to take exceptional care of this car and have fortunately never had any problems with this car. I am reluctant to sell this car but would rather sell this car to an enthusiast than return it to the dealership. I am now asking for 31,800. Please Private Message me or e-mail me at Bmoney2k4@yahoo.com. Thanks, Ben. Attachment 601211 Last edited by Bmoney2K4; 11-02-2011 at 06:30 PM.. |

$28,xxx, it's been pretty upsetting that things didn't work out. The dealership told me I first have to buy the car and pay taxes, then register the car and sell it, but I've been told by others, you can allow BMW to forward the owership to someone else and allow them to buy-out the car. I think the dealership is saying this to force me to return the car to them.

Can someone help me out? Is it possible to change the owner's name when approaching a buy-out of a lease so the previous owner does not have to pay taxes so both parties can negotiate a fee for somone else taking over as the sole owner of the car?

Yeah, it really does. I wish I could have bought this car for $28,000, but recent financial troubles have really put a strain on the way I live. The car was almost flawless; I am not just saying this to put a last ditch effort in in order to sell the car. The only problem were those annoying runflats. This is absolutely a car I would recommend anyone to purchase and will never forget.

I just got news that I have an 5-8 day grace period. I am still interested in selling this car or possibly trading this car for another 335i preferably coupe, maybe sedan with auto transmission, in black or space gray, maybe white.
No lowballs or bad trade proposals, please. |
