All my maintenance has been done at Steve Thomas BMW.
JB3 but never tracked or dragged, avg MPG shows 23.9. I baby this car and put her in the garage every night.

I love this car and it has run flawlessly since I bought it a year and half ago. I am only selling it becuase I have one kid and TWINS on the way (Yay!) Drive this car and you will get thumbs up and compliments all day long. She looks as fast as she is.

The title shows it was a BMW buy-back because of a fuel system issue, but BMW not only extended the fuel pump warranty until 10 years or 100,000 miles, it also performed a recall replacement of the fuel system with an updated system early this year.

The 1st owner had BMW buy it back (Lemon) after repeat fuel system issues, BMW then sold it to a dealer and I am the second owner.

CARFAX on hand and available for review. I attached the 1st page, as you can see, the buy back has little impact on the vehicle value. Do not confuse a salvage title with a CA state lemon. Salvage means the insurance company has written it off as a destroyed vehicle. The CA Lemon law simply means BMW took the vehicle back to appease the 1st owner. Warranty remains unnafected.

What a great deal with all these parts, and 4mo warr left. blk/alum interior, logic 7 is a must.
My regret is not having the blk interior bc the blk wears better.
id like the tips, roof rack, blacklines.

does it have comfort access?

Logic 7 is definitely a must! Black still looks showroom, I'm not sure what comfort access is but I don't miss it if I don't have it.
