Well, aren't we the prima dona.

I guess if one of us has buck teeth or wears glasses, you would suggest we don't show up as well.

Hope you enjoy your meet...I decline your invitation.

wow lots of egos here!! if you are a true bimmer head how can you not like pre 1985 bimmers?, the started the M-sports series we all love and are heritage to the cars we love now. IMHO I still want to drive a 2002 to see whether the steering wheel still speaks to me like my car does now.

I should be back from N.O. by then, hopefully no family events pop up and I'll be there, we did a run to that exact spot not too long ago.

If you mean more mature than what you're used to, I would agree with that statement.

He means he doesn't want all e9x or e46's and then have one old school bmw stick out like a sore thumb... I mean we use to have some good meets back in the day... but times have changed and everyone doesn't own the newest whips anymore (as in the new bodies).........

you have a son who just took the road test?

you must be older than my father

no wonder you take offense to the 1950 bmw jokes...
Obviously, with every post you write, your immaturity shines above your enthusiasm for BMW's. This is what I wrote:

Until he demonstrated, to me, the ability to operate a motor vehicle competently, I did not allow him the use of a car.
Where does it state that he just took the road test?

Too bad your father didn't teach you to respect someone else's opinion which is different than yours. All I did is decline your public invitation and you take offense and start bashing other BMW's and attack what you perceive is my age.

Maybe you should spend more time on BimmerVibe with the other BimmerBabies that have similar interests as you.

if your stating your son didnt JUST take the road test, that means your even older.. you bothered clarifying that WHY?

well my father obviously taught me better than yours because i can afford a more expensive car than someone at your own age.... don't bother bashing him because the car he drives is about 6 times the value of yours..

i applogize for taking offense to you publicly sounding like a grandpa in my thread.... and if your all that more mature than me at 65 years old you would stop posting in here and continue with your mid-life crisis..

maybe you should go buy another honda accord with 130,000 miles like you previously had, i think that enthusiast crowd more suits you.. oh wait maybe buickpost.com and the buick grandpas have simliar interests as you
