FENDER liner
Hi,
Having some bad luck with the car these days .... I drove over white spilled paint on a freeway and the tires splashed it all over the inside of the front fender. 1. Does anyone know how to remove the front inside fender liner ? 2. I plan to try to clean the plastic part but not sure if there is a way to clean the fibre glass portion of it. Any ideas on the two questions please ? Thanks guys Kaddu |

you are lucky. The rear uses a sort of carpet like material that is much harder to remove paint from. The front is a smooth plastic, and should be easier to remove paint from. I used graffiti remover and it worked just fine. It is in an aerosol can so I don't think you need to remove the liner, but you do have to remove the wheel.

Thanks. yeah I realized that. Suck ! Finally cleaned the plastic piece and ended up painting the rear with 3M black undercoat. Not a perfect match but I guess will look the same in few weeks of driving in rain. Barely concerned myself not replacing them for $ 200.
