Ticket Lawyer Palm Beach
Hey guys my wife received an \"aggressive\" driving ticket this morning. (haven\'t seen the ticket). Does anyone have a good ticket lawyer in Palm Beach?
Thanks, Chris

Everytime I've been in a courtroom I've witnessed what they do...and it's bullshit. It's the same thing any sensible person would do when defending him/herself or explaining what happened and asking for mercy by pleading no contest. My wife's a lawyer and her and I laugh about these ticket lawyers. They're jokes - each and every one of them. Now: If you got a ticket some place far...like Georgia+...then yes. It'll make sense to have someone go in your place to plead no contest and try to get you off with as little of a spanking as possible since it's probably going to be a bitch to drive up there to simply defend a ticket... But to each their own...if you feel better with a lawyer defending you for a traffic citation...then feel free to hire one. |

I would not recommend dressing nice. Because of dressing nice and representing myself, the judge took a quick look at me and told me to pay $800 for 30 Over. When i heard this we got into a discussion and told her it was unfair, when others before me had gotten of with no points and 150 fine for the same exact thing and even worse.
It got heated and she told me that was her decision either take it or go to trial, which she said she would probably be the judge preceding it. After that she told me: You drive a BMW, you can afford it. Pissed off i responded "Are you Envious? I can lend it to you for one day if it would make you feel better.......She replied: For you smart ass comment is now $800 fine, plus 8 hour aggressive driving school, plus 3 points on your license to stay for 3 years no matter what and one more word and i will hold you in contempt of court for a day. Conclusion: Don't dress nice. Get attorney. |
