Looks like you have your answer! A load of bollocks. A good British comedy bastardised by the Americans to a level where a 5 year old would cringe at the pathetic attempt at offbeat humour, they should stick to what they <are good at............Hmmmmm just can't think of anything......

That's strange I actually think completely the opposite, I think Steve Carell (sp) has been superb and it genuinely works. The Pam and Jim story has been done well and the Andy Bernard character has been hilarious.

On a different note I can't think of anything I've seen less funny than Life's too short, and I'm (or was) a big Ricky Gervais fan.

Must say,I agree with the above.I actually prefer the US version and think that it's progressed we'll over the seasons,whereas I found that the UK version got a bit stale-same with Extras after a while.
Life's too short is funny in parts.However,every time Warwick Davies speaks,I just hear the voice of Gervais.
Same old script,same old cameo appearances-all transferred to a different setting...
I'm still a fan of sorts though!
