Those are both rear o2 sensor codes. You probably damaged your rear o2 sensor installing the downpipes.

u can look for the codes here -
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...64&postcount=1
do a search on the pdf. you'll see the error.

check for leaks on ur exhaust system -
easiest trouble shoot'n is remove the tune, run it and see if ur
still get'n boost issues -

next.
u may want to check ur DP install - take on and off.
check and see if that DP is clamp'd on (turbo side) correctly.
double check if the O2 is screw'd on properly (remove and screw back on).
clear codes and run the bimmer - if proplem still exist, not
boost'n properly and codes.

then install the OEM DP, do some runs with and without the tune.
at that point if it's still an issue - final step is the dealer.

My guess would be DP leak.
btw, what fuel and/or additives have u been using?
unless u ran 110 lead'd race gas to many times and f'd ur
sensors the O2 should be fine.

The descriptions you put above with your codes are wrong. If you read them from the JB4 interface, you probably didn't check off that you have an N55 under settings.

If that helps you, and others:

2D15: O2 Sensor Delayed Response - Rich to Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
2CED: Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter, dynamics, from rich to lean: Slow response
