It is Dave, although the data for my local road is actually wrong.

They have 21 deaths in that time frame. But Last time I re-searched it was 33+. A mentally dangerous road. My Miswah almost got wiped out last week on it When a tractor cut accross on the dual carraigeway section of it.

There are some missing incidents from near me as well.

Sad when you see an incident like the one near me where 3 eighteen your olds died and one seriously injured.

Or one where a mum and three kids were in an accident and one of the kid died.

But then I guess ALL road deaths are tragic.

When you see them plotted like that though it makes you realise how densely packed some of them are.

Well the road I'm talking has always been a problem, fast sweeping bends with quite large elevation changes and the road is littered with junctions. Mainly B road with two short dual carriageways. A guy my miswah went to school with crashed in Aug 06 and killed his GF. He went to jail. One only a few months ago was a grandfather and his grandchild who was 11 killed on their way back from a footy game.

It is very sad. There is talk of sorting the road but nothing happens.

The road safety record in Aberdeen must be shocking.

It just seems to be every day there is serious accidents with people getting killed and that's before the driving conditions get bad.

When I search by region is says 35 deaths. However there is far more orange dots than that with a lot more deaths than 35.

Something is not quite right with it.

There are a shocking number of pedestrian deaths around where I live. Most of the accidents seem to be people getting run over. I find this surprising as there is a coast road that younguns' tend to drive like maniacs on. Were talking old stone wall 2 foot from the road on one side and a drop onto some rocks and the river on the other.
