I was still lairing it around this morning on -1 degree roads and with no issue at all.

That is EXTREME. You aren't driving it right rog, lol. Surely you could eek 10k out of a set of rubbers!!!

To be fair; I know I could end a set of tyres in a weekend if I drove with enough disrespect: But I care about eating and living in a house rather than box / under a bridge: For that...

The 360z was the first RWD car I drove with a LSD. They let me have it for an afternoon on test drive. Fantastic fun. Then I found the traction button under the steering wheel from then on its now known as The Death buggy!

There are no winters available for my rears, plus the nearest size (40 instead of 35) is edging near £300 per tyre - I'd rather work from home

. Think I might look into treating myself to a new set of rears (Falkens 452s are £190 each). If I keep the worn pair I could always swap back just in case I trade the car in next year and flog the Falkens to recoup a little cash. New summers must be slightly better than worn summers through winter surely.
