Shipping a Car

Anyone know of a reliable car shipping company? Car going from Upstate NY to Dallas, it's a 2001 A6 - the car is a beater so i just need a decently priced shipper who will be reliable in terms of delivery timing.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I'd def use Horseless carriage if i was shipping my car but since it's a beater i don't want to pay the premium for an enclosed carrier. The car is worth at best $3500, horseless carriage would be ~1600. Just want someone who will deliver when they say they will.

Prob not going to happen though, you get what you pay for i guess.

Just sell it and buy another car down there... plus after all the salt from upstate you will find something cleaner down there in TX. Plus you won't need AWD down there.

If you can be flexible with a time frame, uship.com works nicely. Companies see your shipment and bid the lowest amount.

for higher end cars I would use Plycar only.

and or for lower end cars
google auto shipping brokers, you will get tons of them

I personally used Intercity lines for transporting my car from LA to Detroit in january and highly recommend it (even though they cost a bit more), however http://transportreviews.com/ was a handy website when doing my research on transport companies.

Yup! I can suggest you many companies who can ship you vehicle from NY to Dallas. It is not easy to move your vehicle from one place to another through auto shipping company. I always prefer their services.
