Just waiting to read that he will be up for assault next.
Is it not a legal requirement if you don't have the means to pay to go home, if you give your details they have to let you on? Or that buses only or am I making that all up? |

The little c*** needs a good hiding. Getting on a train with no ticket is just the same as robbing a shop. He can go fuck himself and if the law penalise the Big Man then it's proof that Scotland is as fucked as England.

Jumping a train is not the end of the world but still unacceptable. Again captured by video is the crime where 99% of people would say well done to the big fella. |

Just read some of the comments on youtube. Many are accusing the big man of assault. This is were this society is right royally fucked up yet again.
The kid was the catalyst to the problem and was dealt a firm but fair hand by a member of society. Fair play. Its about time common sense prevailed and stop pandering to the PC left wing, whale saving, vegetarian, lesbian brigade. Bring back the village stocks, put cunts like this in them so we can throw rotten veg at them all weekend. Name and shame these fuckwits |

Funnily enough I found myself in a similar position to this a couple of months back. Bought a return ticket in the morning, went straight out after work and got a bit merry. On the last train home the female ticket inspector pointed out that I didn't have a valid ticket as I'd mistakenly thrown the wrong bit away. Being merry I struggled to understand what was wrong with my ticket and argued the toss. I never got lippy but she wasn't exactly pleasant or understanding when the penny finally dropped. She treated me like she was doing me a massive favour even though my ticket did say return and was for the same route only going in the wrong direction. So I can kind of sympathise with this boy that his position may have been similar.
On the other hand. The boy in the clip is traveling from Polmont carrying a bag. There's no college in Polmont, only a big shite hole young offenders prison that's full to the rafters with wee bams. I'm putting 2+2 and coming up with 6. I think the reaction of most people in the carriage (round of applause) sums up the situation. |

Chav deserved a good decking..
The big man was kindly helping him off the train. It looked like the Chav retaliated and it got a little rough - self defence from big man.. If the police were wrestling him it would have been 10x more force than was actually used.

All he did was escort him off the train. If he wants a free ride he has to pay the price. It's not like the big man savagely attacked him for no reason. I thought he handled it quite well. He did go a bit mental at the end when the kid launched himself at the train but he just got him back off and left it at that. This is what is f***ed about this country. You have no right to protect yourself and the criminal gets more rights than you. |

The Police need to focus their time and tax payers money into catching and prosecuting actual real criminals.
last year some "friends" of mine made a little video of one of them being towed down the A9 (which was closed at the time) by a 4x4 on his snowboard, the whole thing was set to the Dukes of Hazard theme tune and was just a bit of fun. The video got 200,000 hits in 2 days, went viral then got picked up by the newspapers who passed it to the Police for investigation. Needless to say the video was promptly removed but one of my friends was very worried as it was his work 4x4 that was used in the video. As I say the road was closed and it was harmless fun, people seem unable to look at things for what they are nowadays. Pisses me right off that you can't do anything nowadays without fear of some kind of reprisal. |

See an old lady getting mugged, walk away, or you'll be nicked for assaulting the scumbag See a kid getting picked up in a peudo's car, walk away, you'll be nicked for obstructing a motorist See a shop being looted in Central London, join in, you can blame society for the fact you don't have all the mod cons in your council flat, the education system for allowing you to under perform, the government for not doing enough to allow you to earn more than the benefits you receive for doing fuck all in your life. And know the Police won't wade in due to Health and Safety issues that they may get hurt because they can't use 'unreasonable' force to arrest people This Country is fucked up |
