The "View Garage" part of the forums.....
Ok, what's the deal with BIMMERPOST adding THEIR copyright to MY PHOTOS in the garage?
I took those. I own them. They are MINE, not yours. I am now deleting MY photos off your site. Copyright and Trademarks are about giving credit where credit is due. BIMMERPOST did NOT earn the privildge to copyright MY work. My most sincerest "SCREW YOU" to this site.

LOL, it cost money to host your imagine online. Too which they're providing you a free service. Are you a professional photographer? Do you plan to sell this photos? What does it matter if their tag is on it or not? You're a patron of this site and you use their forums (which isn't free either). The least you could do is have their tag on your pics. If it really bothers you that much use another site like Photobucket or Flickr. They won't put those nasty tags on your pictures.

Last time I checked there is no (C) added to the image so they are not copyrighting your pictures. Its common practice for almost every single site on the internet to put their logo on images they host because they are spending their money to host your image.
Welcome to the internet And screw you back |

I take my pictures and I pay to host them on other sites. Don't need a "free" service with their watermarking my pictures. (Watermarking is a form of copyrighting something.)

Why are you so upset about the whole thing? It's common knowledge that sites will watermark an image if they're hosting it. Are you trying to sell the images? Are you really going to get upset if someone thinks that the website staff took those pictures and not you?
