Quit drinking until i go to Epgyt in July........should be easy enough
get down to 10% bodyfat by the same Time.......this might be a little more difficlut but still acheavable.
Earn 200k - this will be very hard lol
Not to shout at the kids - i dont very often but feel mega bad when i have :-(.
Speak to my mum morte often.
Try and become friends with my brother again - we havent spoken for 2 yrs.
