Tricky situation.

Video car driver should not have commenced the overtake at all though. There was not enough space even before the truck started to jack knife.

And if anyone slows down in front of you for "no reason" there usually is a reason that you just haven't noticed yet. Beware.

The truck driver was a retard also.... even if he hadn't jack knifed there was still not time to complete the overtake without the white truck coming to a stop.

In summary:
Video car driver: idiot
Jack knifing truck driver: bigger idiot. The overtake was just as stupid but heavy vehicles should be even more careful, given the consequences of f*****g it up.

Neither of them should be overtaking.
