2011 335i Coupe for Lease Assumption $580/mo Incentive added
Hi All, I am putting my 2011 335 up for lease assumption. I got the car in August and my payment including tax is $630/month as I live in Los Angeles County. The base pay is the $580 figure. The total lease is for 36 months 36,000 miles. There are 3,600 miles on the car (and counting) so you can drive an average of 1,090 miles per month and still be fine. I have 32 months left and I just made the latest payment this week so the car is current. The residual at the end of the lease is $35,698. The car is Space Grey/black leather interior, Auto, M Sport Package, 19" Wheels, Premium Package, Nav, Heated Seats, Premium Sound, iPod adapter, BMW APPS, Black Wood Trim, and Tinted Windows. The car is garage kept, I'm a non-smoker (and drinker for that matter), I don't even eat in the car. I wash and detail the car myself and there are no dents or scratches. So, the terms are this: BMW assumption fee is $500 + tax and this is to be paid by the person taking over the lease. Once BMW approves your credit, then the rest of the process is very easy and smooth. As an incentive, I will pay you back $750 (from the assumption cost) once you take the car. The payoff is $35,968 and the car is not lowered. The 19"s give the car that appearance.
