3 grand is a lot for just an exhaust. If you want it just for an exhaust do eisenmann or akropovic

Have it installed by the dealership and keep your warranty and maintenance.

First of all, if an aftermarket exhaust system install were to cause a warranty issue it would be limited to the exhaust itself. That being said, in 26 years of driving I have never needed any exhaust warranty or maintenance work on any of my cars.

Secondly, as in your regional forum for a mod friendly dealership/SA and treat that SA right and it won't be an issue. I have never been turned down for warranty work at my dealership and I am heavily modded.

As far as the exhaust -

Eisenman race or clubsport
Akropovik
BMW PE
Bastuck

Stick with those. Its a quick install, don't let the dealer rape you for it, take it to an indy...shouldn't take more than 1 hour of labor.

Active or AE are good options, sound really good. Both are bolt-on systems, no cutting the original exhaust should you need to put the car back stock.
