2012 328i lease offers

Hey guys, just wondering what a lease would look like for a new 328I sport. I know they are the superior car in the class, but for me it is at a price and if i can get a better price with a c250 i will opt for that. In the meantime i was wondering how the prices would compare?

What option would it have to be in that price range? I'm thinking pretty loaded if you're putting down $3K and paying that much.

Agreed, the only current 3ers that are over $500/mo are the 335i/335is convertibles and the 335is coupe. I'd imagine they'll keep similar rates to the current $349/$369 for rwd/awd. Those deals currently include Premium, Value and the Automatic transmission. True, the Value Package provides a discount to what the F30 will have initially, but I'd guess it won't be more than an additional $20-30/mo.

42K car...expect residual to be around 60% and money factor around 4%....that would be about 500 with 2000 down.

There are some good lease deals right now but they require substantial downpayments ($2500.00 for a 328i e90) and are 10,000 miles/year for 27 months. Not great terms. But with no downpayment, taxes and 12,000 miles/year you'd be looking at over $400.00/month. It's still a good deal for a reasonably well equipped BMW. I pay about 450.00 month including taxes with no ZPP but with about 2K worth of options.

On this board we tend to discourage large downpayments on a lease. Yes, this lowers your monthly payment but the money is gone at the end of the lease. If you have $4K to put down, why not just buy a car?
