NYS New Car Registration Sticker

How long did it take until you received the permanent registration sticker from the DMV after you took delivery? It's been almost 4 weeks now and I don't remember ever waiting this long to get it.

Donno, I started my insurance early and I got registration sticker and plate when I took delivery.. just pay the dealer to take care of it.

Dealer was paid. On new car purchases, that is the only way it plays. I'm not referring to the temporary sticker that the dealer tapes to the windshield, I'm questioning the timing of the permanent sticker.

Mine took 6 weeks. I got it before the temp expired.

Thanks, I guess I have some time. Mine doesn't expire until 6/10.

i took delivery 3 weeks ago and just got my perm sticker last week however still rocking the temp.. lol
