Please make sure that the direction of the fibers is proper, the seals are strong and the corners are sharp. Good luck.

Thanks!
It isn't that difficult. I am doing it for the first time so I'm not a pro (my wife helps me, but she has not done it before either ). We screwed up the first piece badly, but after watching one or two youtube vids, and getting to know the material you get it pretty fast. I however would recommend you to go for the 3M because I can imagine that it will get quite annoying when you buy some cheap ebay stuff. And you have to be patient - some edges and corners are really tricky. Thank you everybody for the kind words. |

Very nice, looks good!
I'm actually going through the process of doing real Carbon Fiber 2x2 twill on the trim on my wife's 328...going to be a bit of a headache but will payoff in the end.

Looks good, I actually just got finished done replacing my 3M Di-Noc vinyl wrap with the more glossy 1020 Scotchprint vinyl (Which I believe is the same you're using).
Way better product IMO than the Di-Noc, no more messy spray glue, and it's significantly thinner and better looking. Looks like you're doing a good job, it's really not too difficult of a job, esp compared to the Di-noc

Thank you everybody.
I got this vinyl: http://smk-tuning.com/en/3m-film-di-...3m-ca-421.html but purchased it at a lokal dealer. So it is a DiNoc i believe, but you don't need a spray glue. You just peel it off and apply it where you want to. |
