Dinan Stage 2 ECU Upgrade

Hello everyone, has anyone installed the Dinan Stage 2 ECU upgrade? Is it worth it? I hear from some people that the mpg was improved. What are your takes on this?

I did it and didnt really notice any difference.

I went to my local Dinan shop two days ago, but couldn't load image on DME: car was built mid-December. Dinan writing a patch.

I couldn't reload Dinan S1 after software update. Dinan said it is scheduled for mid January release. Prolly another week to go.

That's what I've been wondering. In other post, however, someone said he instantly notice the difference in 1st and 2nd gear. Now, I'm wondering which one to believe.
I did S1 right after the break-in period. So, I didn't have anything to compare until recent BMW software update. There is a quite a differece in mid range acceleration.

I havent tried shutting off all the traction control stuff to see if it lights up all 4 tires Ill try it and let you know. its supposed to from a standing start.

I have the stock tires and wheels on for the winter. Put the car in Sport+, nailed the throttle from a stsnding start. The car bolted like a rocket-No Wheel Spin.
