Hi All,

I'm located in Washington, D.C. and would love to hear any offers that fit my criteria. Willing to pay for shipping, though would prefer someone within a drive. I know what I'm looking for is pretty specific, but I've got the cash on hand and am willing to wait (though would love not to have to). As I mention below, I'm happy to negotiate if the car fits the bill. Thanks!

Model: E92 335i coupe M-Sport (please, no Xdrive)
Year: 2009 or 2010 (To ensure both n54 and upgraded Nav)
Transmission: 6MT only
Mileage: 30,000 or less
Mods: No Suspension Mods or ECU Tunes, please
Price: In the $30k-$40k range

Colors:
- Exterior: Space Gray, Silver, Blue, or Black Sapphire (please, no others)
- Interior: Black, Silver, or Oyster Leather (please, no red, cream or saddle)
- Interior Trim: Anything but Brown wood

Required options:
- Manual Transmission
- M-Sport package
- Navigation
- Heated Seats (Cold weather package not necessary)
- Moonroof (not sure if this was standard in 09-10)

Ideal:
- Premium Package
- Upgraded Sound
- Comfort Access
- Ipod hookup

I know your not looking for suspension mods, but I have the following:
Newer BMW performance suspension with yellow springs and M3 control arms
I went with this so it wouldn't lower the car much.
Other mods:
Front full length clear bra and windshield surround area and behind rear tires
38% window tint
Rennart Exhaust
AR oil catch can
Cool Carbon brake pads
Body color M3 lip spoiler
Body color front grills with black slats
Front and rear black with blue dot Coco Mats no oem mats

I have all of the original parts

I was thinking of David1's car as perfect for you, but he beat me to the post!

I bought his first 335i, the one I currently have. It had never seen rain/snow/looked at wrong.

His current M-sport is better than new and always garaged, never seen rain, etc
