Payment not recieved... 3 days late

3 days after my auction ended the winning bidder has not paid for the item (eBay) and is not responding to emails...

I really wanna Kamikazee his ASS now... Whats the best way to get my money if he does not want the item?!

File a report with eBay? But then I have to wait a Frickin week or something... For a response which I do not want to do.. Unless its garunteed payput from Ebay?

Cheers?

I know what it is, he bought it thinking it was something else! He didn't read the description.

Must say it can really wind you up though in saying that having had to open a couple of cases eBay have gave me a voucher on two occasions for 25 quid each time so my angel eye LEDs only cost me 15 quid or so.

i had this similar recently with one of my tyres guy bought it and first no payment then excuses and trying to find other shipping agents to get out of paying. In end there is a form in resolution center I filled out. Puts a dispute against the buyer for non payment. They can then pay up or if after set number of days I think 7 no payment you can close the dispute and ebay will refund you the final valuation fee and I think you can relist for free as well. Have a look in the resolution center or just search ebay help for no payment received

Sorry for this buddy - i have no advice for you other than to follow the correct channels via eBay - but i have to say this is exactly why ive stopped using eBay - its a royal pain in the arse and mostly full of inbred morons. Good luck either way kiddo.

you wont get payment for the item from anyone but the seller. If you raise an unpaid dispute, you will get your listing fees and final valuation fee back

when you sell the item they take a % of the final sale value as charge for the service so if you do a unpaid dispute you get that back at least.

Ebay are becoming a rip off merchants galore especially for the single private sales most people want to do. If you are a business its different. I miss old yahoo auctions which where free, these days rather sell on forums or gumtree at least its free

Sorry to hear the news Carlos, They will refund your ebay fees resulting from the sale off the item purchased ,They will allow you to relist the item for free, but when it sells they will invoice you again as in the second sale off the item.

They wont pay you the money it sold for !.

Ebay is full off twats. I just bought a watch Part that was supposed to be genuine £200 up the wall was my first thoughts when i inspected it ,The seller was coming round to fill me in and all that shit ,He claimed it was Genuine etc ,seams Paypal put the funds on hold and also Mastercard so he had £400 on some sort off dispute and was livid .Bang on xmas! brilliant.

I had to get the Part inspected by Rolex they confirmed it was Counterfeit and then said we have destroyed the item under our counterfeit policy they put it all in writing ,I then sent all parties a copy off the letter. To be fair PayPal did start to resolve the case but put it back on to Ebay,It was a proper ball ache but SHMBO said give it up its only £200 serves you right , but after lots off phone calls and wasted time it was refunded .

For what it is worth for anyone when you put a item on dispute at the resolution centre with ebay.

It then allows them to read all the Emails between seller and buyer. So keep it accurate and polite ,this is were my good friend Karl1962 royally fucked up.He put I am glad it turned out fake mate fuck off !.

Then a load off bollocks about I will come round and sort you out ! Please do fella I work for Sussex Police and will have you arrested and charged . I think you are in enough trouble with Rolex Fraud team for selling counterfeit goods . Look forward to resolving the issue thanks for the Mail.

In all fairness he had loads off auctions on the go seams Ebay must have suspended the Prick because he hasnt had any auctions up since the start off Dec.

I laid it on real thick to there Dispute resolution team ,as in how is he allowed to send me threatening emails ,You allow him to sell fake goods .

If you can be bothered with the hassel Ebay is still a good place to sell your old tat .Just be aware off the minority that are out there with the single goal in life to fuck you off.

The biggest concern I have is the amount I read about with people buying items paying the seller then claiming the item received isnt as listed going through the returns policy to claim there money back ,

They buy a iPhone4s for £400 the seller posts it out , The buyer then puts it on dispute with Ebay saying the phone isnt as described ,Puts a old shit phone in a box gets a post office receipt showing Details and post code of the original seller sends it back gets a refund from ebay/Paypal.

I am sure they are trying to find away to sort this out as both parties will claim they have done there bit and the buyer will be well chuffed with his free goods

Ebay is hassel Carl avoid it

Same thing happened to me recently. Got my fees refunded. All the buyer gets is a 'marker' for non payment on their account... Big deal!!!

They changed it a while ago.

I guess they think the only thing the buyer is responsible for is paying for the item. Once they've done that it should be positive for them.

What you were getting before was if the buyer left negative even for genuine reason, they would automatically get an unfair negative in return. It was just tit for tat.

I think ebay are supposed to be strict on their 3 failure to pays and you are out.

Make sure to report it as you obviously need to get your fees back.

Ebay is a pain in the backside as I don't recall many items I've sold that have gone smoothly. Mobile phones or any electrical item I've sold has always been re-listed due to either scammers or non-payers.

Ebay is just full or crooks either trying to con you, sell fake goods or loads of people selling poorly refurbished electrical items as new.

Send him a reminder invoice and give him 48hrs to pay, then after that file a dispute.
