hi guys,would like opinions on the car please of how it looks as it is for sale in the classifieds do you guys think i should put it back to standard or sell as it is especially the bonnet as it might put buyers off thanks.

Honest opinion,,the bonnet is dreadful ,if I was in the market for a 320d, I'd take one look at the pic and move on to the next car, it screams "Barry boy", put the original back on. Other mods are ok, although the dark wheels are an acquired taste, I think that may put some buyers off.

If you want to sell it to Joe Public make it as standard as possible. People on an enthusiast's forum may like it as it is - with the exception of the inexcusable 325d badge.

I'd be interested in the PBMW brakes & steering wheel if your taking them off the car? (Could I ask where you got them from & how much they were?)

Thanks mate, although I'm looking at a full set of PBMW from MStyle at the mo, £1010 for front & rears!!

Yeah it just tells me that you did fairly well in life by getting a BMW 320d but that you're still dissapointed in yourself and wish you did better so you're going to make other people think you did better than you actually are doing in the hope that it will impress them but it doesn't because it infers to them you are probably a bit of an ass. My comments would be along the lines of this.

If you can highlight how well you've looked after it (servicing, cleaning, using V-power etc) that may help you show that someone has cared for it rather than thrashed the life out of it as run it in to the ground.

Has the 6pot style exhaust tailpipe been mounted upside down? It looks like the set back pipe is on the inside rather than following the line of the bumper.

I'd put everything I could back to standard as you'll get more for the parts than you will selling modified. You'll also appeal to a wider market.

If you can't be bothered doing that I'd just lose the bonnet as it's an erm.... acquired taste.
