Help with an update to JB4

Anyone willing/able to help me update a JB4? Don't have a laptop and I'm running some old firmware. I'm in the Miami area, but willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet up.

unrelated but do you need any special software on the laptop, i have jb4 with usb but i've never used it, it came with the car.
